For maximum results, athletes weighing less than 200 lbs. should drink 1 serving pre- & intra-workout, and 2 servings post-workout; athletes weighing more than 200 lbs. should drink 2 servings pre- & intra-workout, and 3 servings post-workout.

Pre-Workout: According to the above guidelines, mix the suggested serving (1 scoop = 1 serving) of GlycoJect with 8oz cold water. Drink 30 minutes before your workout.  
Intra-Workout: According to the above guidelines, sip the suggested serving (1 scoop = 1 serving) of GlycoJect mixed with 8oz cold water while training.  
Post-Workout: According to the above guidelines, drink the suggested servings (1 scoop = 1 serving) of GlycoJect mixed with 14oz cold water right after your workout.
