XNGH provides Mucuna pruriens, Alpha-GPC, and Bacopa monniera, which collectively promotes the secretion of HGH. Mucuna is an herb that naturally contains L-Dopa, a peptide which has been shown to promote HGH secretion. Alpha-GPC is a soy-derived substance that, through its interactions with the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, also has been shown to promote HGH secretion. Finally, Bacopa is an herb which plays an indirect but supportive role in HGH secretion by helping to build new neurons (nerve/brain cells).

(Standardized 15% L-Dopa)
Alpha GPC - 100mg
Bacopa monniera extarct
(standardized to 20% bacosides A&B
Other Ingredients:
Fructose sorbitol, natural flavor, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, cellulose, croscarmellose, sucralose.
Directions
Take 4 tablets in your mouth 30 minutes prior to workout and bite down on the flavored tablets; swish the pieces around in your mouth, under your tongue and particularly in between you cheek and gums. Cycle XNGH 3-4 weeks on followed by 1-2 weeks off. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
