Directions

Use 8cc(ml) total every day including non-training days. Sake well prior to use. With the enclosed measuring device, dispense 4cc(ml) of Syngex II into mouth and swallow solution. Repeat procedure upon awakening and 15 minutes prior to training. Always wait several hours between dosages. Do not exceed 6 weeks of continuous use without a 4-week off cycle from use.
