Directions

Use 8cc(ml) total every day including non-training days. With the enclosed measuring device, dispense 4cc(ml) of Syngex I into mouth and swallow solution. Repeat procedure upon awakening and 15 minutes prior to training. Always wait several hours between dosages. Do not exceed 6 weeks of continuous use without a 4 week off cycle from use. Syngex I can be stacked with EQ and Decavar or Syngex II. Micellean Bioactive superfood is recommended to fulfill increased protein requirements.
