For overall health and rapid fat loss, your nutritional strategy must include high fiber foods. VPX FIBERTEQ is a powerful weapon in the MELTDOWN PICTURE PERFECT DIET and a convenient way to benefit from the most complete and excellent source of fiber. FIBERTEQ can be mixed into PROTEIN RUSH POWDER and SRO ZERO CARB shakes or sprinkled on or mixed in your favorite foods.
High fiber diets are now recommended by the National Academy of Sciences and the Food and Nutrition Board.
High fiber causes the stool to pass through the bowel quickly and also absorbs toxins and prevents pollutants from being absorbed into the body.

WHAT IS SOLUBLE AND INSOLUBLE FIBER?
SOLUBLE
Soluble fiber absorbs water and slows down food transit from the stomach. It also provides a sense of fullness for a longer period of time, controls appetite and enhances the amount of weight lost on a diet. Soluble fiber when used as part of your diet can help to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
INSOLUBLE
Primarily increases stool bulk and water content, speeding transit of stool through the bowel. It has a natural laxative effect. All whole grains and many fruits and vegetables contain large quantities of insoluble fiber.
FIBERTEQ contains copious amounts of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Friendly bacteria are a natural inhabitant of human intestines that are also added to FIBERTEQ to maintain a healthy intestinal environment and help control the growth of undesirable micro-organisms in the digestive system.
FAQ Detail
Q: How many scoops of Fiberteq can I use per day and is the Fiberteq supposed to dissolve in the liquid, because it can be hard to swallow even though I have plenty of liquid. Is it still effective if I also wanted to mix it in with foods?
A: The recommended daily intake of fiber for a male is 25-35g per day, and for women 20-30g. One scoop of Fiberteq contains 18g of fiber; if you are not consuming any other fiber sources in a given day, you may benefit from using two-scoops (at the most) of Fiberteq per day. The answer to your next question is, it’s going to be a little grainy when mixed with liquids. You can mix it into foods if you’d like, that is perfectly fine and it will not hinder the benefits of the supplement.
