Directions

As a dietary supplement for men over 40 years of age, take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule before morning workout. Take another capsule 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 2 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning. Begin use with half the recommended dose (1 capsule daily) to assess your tolerance. Also follow a low fat, calorie-controlled diet and exercise program daily.
