Shipping Policies
At IllPumpYouUp.com we have two popular shipping
services: UPS and USPS Priority Mail. To find out what the
fee will be for your order, simply choose the items you would
like to purchase and then press the 'Proceed To Checkout'
link on the 'Shopping Cart' page. On the botton of the customer
information page is a drop down for shipping option, this
is where you will find out the shipping cost depending on
which shipping option you choose. We like for our customers
to know exactly how much they will be paying for shipping
before they enter in their credit card information.
We do our best to ship all orders the same day they are ordered. Most orders are shipped by noon the next day. Some items may take up to 48 hours to ship. Shipping time in transit is measured from the day after the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, to the time it arrives at its final destination. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped.
Once your package is picked up by UPS or USPS, we have very minimal control. We do not guarantee that UPS will deliver 2nd Day Air within 2 days and 3 Day Select within 3 Days. We also do not offer refunds for packages that take longer then advertise by UPS or USPS.
After an order is shipped a UPS Tracking Number or USPS Delivery Confirmation Number will emailed to the customer's email address.
Lower 48 States
USPS Priority 2-3 Days: This shipment method
only takes 1 - 5 days in most cases, USPS shipping is 6 days
a week (Monday thru Saturday). The rates for the USPS Priority
Mail are based on the weight of the package. Depending on
the items in your shopping cart, the rate will be different.
The rates for USPS starts at $4.75.
UPS Ground: This service takes between 1
- 6 business days.
USP shipping is 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) so packages
sent with UPS will are not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS Ground is usually cheaper for heavy shipments, like large
containers of protein. The fee for UPS Ground starts at $6.54!
UPS 3 Day Select: UPS 3 Day Select usually
delivery within three business days. Shipping charges start
at $11.39 and change based on the weight of your order. You
can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information'
page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this
method is right for you.
UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS 2nd Day Air usually
delivery within two business days. Shipping charges start
at $14.94 and change based on the weight of your order. You
can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information'
page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this
method is right for you.
Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes
IllPumpYouUp.com ships all orders to Hawaii or Alaska via
USPS Mail. Depending on product availability and
location, most orders will be received with in 3-7 business
days. The rates for Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes starts at
$4.75.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
IllPumpYouUp.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes
via USPS Mail. If your shipping address is to an APO or FPO you must choose Shipment Type of 'Military APO/FPO'. Depending on your military address,
orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks, however we have seen some order take up to a month. The rates
for Military Addresses starts at $4.75.
Internations Shipping
Sorry, but we currently do not ship internationally. (This does not include military overseas)
Package Insurance
If your order gets lost before being marked delivered or is damaged, we will either replace the damage/missing items or offer you a refund. (note: 'Insurance' does not cover orders that are not received but are marked delivered by UPS or USPS)
