We ship to all US States and Territories, US Military Bases (APO, FPO, DPO), Canada and Australia.
At IllPumpYouUp.com we have two popular shipping services: FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply choose the items you would like to purchase and then press the 'Proceed To Checkout' link on the 'Shopping Cart' page. On the botton of the customer information page is a drop down for shipping option, this is where you will find out the shipping cost depending on which shipping option you choose. We like for our customers to know exactly how much they will be paying for shipping before they enter in their credit card information.
We do our best to ship all orders the same day they are ordered. Most orders are shipped by noon the next day. Some items may take up to 48 hours to ship. Shipping time in transit is measured from the day after the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, to the time it arrives at its final destination. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped.
Once your package is picked up by FedEx or USPS, we have very minimal control. We do not guarantee that FedEx will deliver 2nd Day Air within 2 days and 3 Day Select within 3 Days. We also do not offer refunds for packages that take longer then advertise by FedEx or USPS.
After an order is shipped a FedEx Tracking Number or USPS Tracking Number will emailed to the customer's email address.

Lower 48 States
US Postal Service: This shipment method only takes 1 - 4 days in most cases, USPS shipping is 6 days a week (Monday thru Saturday). The rates for the USPS Priority Mail are based on the weight of the package. Depending on the items in your shopping cart, the rate will be different. The rates for USPS starts at $4.75.
FedEx Ground: This service takes between 1 - 6 business days. FedEx shipping is 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) so packages sent with FedEx will are not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. FedEx Ground is usually cheaper for heavy shipments, like large containers of protein. The fee for FedEx Ground starts at $6.54!
FedEx 3 Day Select: FedEx 3 Day Select usually delivery within three business days. Shipping charges start at $11.39 and change based on the weight of your order. You can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information' page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this method is right for you. The day your order is shipped does not go towards the 3 days of shipping.
FedEx 2nd Day Air: FedEx 2nd Day Air usually delivery within two business days. Shipping charges start at $14.94 and change based on the weight of your order. You can view the shipping charges on the 'Customer Information' page prior to placing your order and can then decide if this method is right for you. The day your order is shipped does not go towards the 2 days of shipping.
Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and PO Boxes
IllPumpYouUp.com ships all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or a P.O. Box via US Postal Service. Depending on product availability and location, most orders will be received with in 3-11 business days. On rare occasions we have seen larger orders going to Hawaii take up to 2-5 weeks to be delivered. The rates for Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes starts at $4.75.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
IllPumpYouUp.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Mail. If your shipping address is to an APO or FPO you must choose Shipment Type of 'Military APO/FPO'. Depending on your military address, orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks, however we have seen some orders take up to a 4-6 weeks. The rates for Military Addresses starts at $4.75.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for a few select Ephedra products. Shipping method will be determined based on the orders weight and cost. (This offer is not for international orders)
Internations Shipping
We do ship to Canada and to Australia. Since we do not keep track of each country's custom policies, we do not offer any refunds or reship orders that have been seized by customs. The risk of shipping orders internationally is taken by the customer.
