Returns
Before returning any merchandise please send us your
order number and items you will be returning for return authorization.
Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order
to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened
merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days.
We cannot issue credit if the product has been damaged, opened
and/or used.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credit on fitness equipment.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although
every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product
we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products.
In this event, we will notify you with an estimated time of
delay, your order will be packaged and shipped on the same
day we receive the missing items from the manufacture. Occasionally
on larger orders with out of stock items we will send out
partial shipments, in-stock items will be shipped out immediately
and the out of stock items will be shipped out when they are
available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred
by the customer for these partial shipments.
If you do receive an e-mail that your order is on backorder
you can reply back and ask for partial shipments.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed if the customer
contacts IllPumpYouUp.com before the order is shipped. To
provide the quickest delivery to your door orders are sent
immediately to the warehouse to be packaged and shipped. That's
why it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible with any
needed changes to your order.
