Before returning any merchandise please send or call us with your order number and items you will be returning for return authorization, so we know that your return is coming. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days. We cannot issue credit if the product has been damaged, opened and/or used. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returned items.

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will notify you with an estimated time of delay, your order will be packaged and shipped on the same day we receive the missing items from the manufacture. Occasionally on larger orders with out of stock items we will send out partial shipments, in-stock items will be shipped out immediately and the out of stock items will be shipped out when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
If you do receive an e-mail that your order is on backorder you can reply back and ask for partial shipments.
Orders may be cancelled or changed if the customer contacts IllPumpYouUp.com before the order is shipped. To provide the quickest delivery to your door orders are sent immediately to the warehouse to be packaged and shipped. That's why it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible with any needed changes to your order. If an order is in transit to the customer, we can not offer a refund; the order must be sent back to us before any credit is issued.
An order must be in transit for 21 days before it can be considered lost, at that time notify a member of our customer service to file a claim.
