Should I use Evolution X7 as an intra or post workout drink?
Many users like taking it as an intra workout since EvolutionX7 can improve in-workout endurance and because Leucine plays a strong role in anabolism. Some users only drink water and would rather wait until the workout is over. It can be effectively used as both an intra and a post workout product.

What are the advantages of this product?
Evolution X7 contains free form amino acids, which offer fast absorption because they are already broken down. Amino acids, commonly known as the building blocks of protein, are what whole protein sources become as they digest, your body then creates thousands of amino acid chains that perform a multitude of required bodily functions. Fast digestion means your workout performance and post workout recovery will be impacted very quickly, improving results.

Evolution X7 contains Glutamine Peptide, how is that different from regular L-Glutamine?
While regular L-Glutamine is effective, Glutamine Peptide is more stable. Instead of being a free form amino acid, Glutamine Peptide is bonded to other amino acids – this makes it much better absorbed than regular L-Glutamine.

Why doesn’t Evolution X7 contain Creatine?
Creatine is a proven supplement – there’s no question that it works. However, not including it in Evolution X7 means the user can control their use of creatine since it should be cycled for best results. Evolution X10 does contain 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate and Magnapower, that’s why we chose to leave it out of this formula. The other reason is that creatine is banned by some athletic committees.
