The Most Bioavailable Creatine
Magnesium creatine chelate, extremely bioavailable and research proven to promote quick strength gains, extend training time and increase in- training ability!
Magnesium, by itself important for energy and strength, and involved in more than 300 functions, is featured with creatine because magnesium is required for creatine conversion to ATP – the fuel your muscles need to get you through your hard workouts.
Typical Results with Magnesium Creatine Chelate:
• New Muscle Growth
• More Strength
• Increased Cell Volumization
• Greater Endurance, less Muscle Fatigue
• Faster Recovery
• Increased Size/Strength/Endurance
• No Loading Phase Required, Cost Effective

• Less Conversion to Creatinine
When can Magnesium Creatine Chelate caps be used?
Cutting/Fat Loss Cycles:
While on a fat-loss cycle, Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules can be used to retain muscle mass because sugar is not required which means no extra fat storage, there is virtually no fluid retention, and because it's easy to use.
Lean Mass/Bulking Cycles:
Use Magnesium Creatine Chelate during a mass cycle for the same reasons, no excess water retention, no unnecessary fat storage from to much sugar and lean muscle/strength gains.
Magnesium Creatine Chelate vs Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine Monohydrate is research proven to produce increases in muscle mass, improvements in strength, and improved endurance levels. However, creatine monohydrate has drawbacks such as: the loading phase, possible stomach distress, excess fluid retention and a increased risk of fat storage tied into the use of simple sugars which improve absorption.
Magnesium Creatine Chelate does not have the side effects of creatine monohydrate and has been shown to be more effective.
Advantages of Magnesium Creatine Chelate:
No Loading Phase
Creatine Monohydrate requires a "loading phase" which allows creatine levels to build up in the body, this is followed by a daily maintenance dose. Magnesium Creatine Chelate, has a higher absorption rate so there is no need for a loading phase. Magnesium Creatine Chelate also has a reduced breakdown to creatinine in the stomach. These benefits result in increased convenience and greater cost effectiveness.
Limited to No Fluid Retention Bloating and fluid retention, relatively common among Creatine Monohydrate users, is virtually nonexistant with Magnesium Creatine Chelate, which makes it a great choice for those that are dieting or those that have fluid retention concerns.
No Need for Dextrose or Simple Sugars and No Subsequent Fat Storage
Creatine monohydrate based products require simple sugars to be taken with the creatine in order to improve absorption. The problem with this is that there will be a insulin spike every time you use simple sugars which can lead to fat storage. The improved absorption of Magnesium Creatine Chelate does not require simple sugars which means there is no insulin spike or potential for increased fat storage.
This makes Magnesium Creatine Chelate the best choice for creatine use during a fat loss cycle.
Decreased Stomach Distress
Some users complain of stomach discomfort with the use of Creatine Monohydrate, this is because of it's lower absorption rate, and the fact that it breaks down in the stomach into the creatine byproduct creatinine. With Magnesium Creatine Chelate, on the other hand, any stomach discomfort is dramatically reduced due to it's higher absorption rate and the fact that the creatine is protected from stomach acid, additionally the fact that the creatine is in chelated form helps prevent breakdown.
Important Note: Use by Women
Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules can be used by women. Many women find this type of creatine to be highly desirable since there is limited to no fluid retention, no need for dextrose or simple sugars to be taken with it & therefore no increased fat storage, and because it is convenient and easy to use.
