Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily. To asses tolerance, start off with 1 capsule per day. Do not consume more than 3 capsules per day. Do not exceed 4 weeks of continuous use without taking at least a 2 week break from usage. Taking after 4pm (or within 5 hours of sleep) may interfere with sleep patterns in some users. Limit the usage of caffeine, other energy enhancers, or decongestants until tolerance is assessed.
