Directions
As and adult dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times daily. For best results, cycle this product with Scifit's TZ3. Take for two weeks, then take TZ3 for two weeks. Do this for a total of 4 weeks on the product. Then discontinue use for 12 consecutive weeks.
