XTKO is very effective! I have been using it now for about three weeks or so and I already notice my sleep patterns to be improving every day. It took about ten days or so or me to notice that xtko was actually working for me.. but once it started I really noticed. I sleep through the whole night and actually feel much more refreshed in the mornings.
