I drink xtreme formulations Ice throughout the day, intra workout, post workout, pre workout, on my way to the club, chillin at my boys crib, just about anytime I'm thirsty. Weekends I mix with vodka for an amazing cocktail. Wouldn't ever switch.  
 

I've spent a lot of time looking into the best pre/intra workout products and have used quite a few supplements over the past several years. Right now I'm using Xtreme Formulations ICE, lemon freeze flavor combined with VPX Powershock, lime splash flavor. The combination is better than each product by itself. I consider these staples in my program even though they are pricey.
