It is a good power boost, two tablets, washed down by a power drink keeps you kicking for at least eight hours. Also helped me to lose weight. Probabley because I excercised more because I had the extra energy.

This stuff works wonders. I've only taken one bottle and I lost 15lbs. No lie! Obviously I combined it with some exercise while I had the energy boost. Follow the directed dosage but remember that products as potent as these need to be scaled to your body size and weight. As soon as I wake up in the morning I take 4 tablets and by the time I get out of my shower my energy is up and Im ready to go. It lasts for quite some time, about 7 hours. I really recommend this product if you want the energy to start up some exercise. Do it and you'll see a difference.

Take caution when taking this product. Its so good that I believe it has the same effects as ephedrine. The required dosage needs to be toned down a bit because its too strong. It does work and works great. I'm a pharmacist and the mechanism of action is the conversion of ATP into cAMP by means of adenylate cyclase. This enzyme is activated by one of the ingredients in this product. I don't know of any better way to boost energy and at the same time activate the phosphorylation cascade that makes you burn fat. I have used it and I can say it works. This is one of the best products on the market for promoting weightloss and giving you that extra energy you need to get you right into the gym.

I've been taking Xenadrine NRG for a month now and I will have to say that it is the closest thing to an ephedra product that I have found. Im a freshman in college so the huge caffine rush people talk about doesnt really affect me since us youngsters are used to it. It definatly keeps me energized for over 8 hours though. Xenadrine NRG is great, I started to see results in less then 2 weeks. I can tell because more and more veins are popping out of my arms!! As far as appetite control it doesnt really effect me, but i eat so dam much anyways. Oh yea I weigh about 195 and take 3 pills a day.
