Nowhere Close to the Real Thing
I have take this product amoungst several others after the ephedra ban. They all claim to match the effectiveness of (or work better than)previous versions that had ephedra. This product had little to no effect for me. If you can still find ephedra on the net, I suggest you build your own ECA stack if you want a truely effective and time tested fat burning experience. All these post ephedra 'feel good' supplements are mostly a waste of your time and money... I have used the basic ECA stack for cutting up/ fat burning for the past 12 years. It jsut simply works...

I have used Xenadrine EFX for a half a year now and haved achieved better results then I expected! In my opinion Xenadrine EFX is an amazing fat burner, after all it is safe. I combine it with a healthy diet and I do exercise 4 times a week. After a few weeks of taking Xenadrine EFX people started asking me, "are you losing weight"? Talk about a major boost in my self confidence. After a half a year I have lost 30 lbs and can now fit into a size 3. The best part is, I have kept it off. I can finally get the clothes I always dreamed about and don't have to worry about hiding behind those big baggy shirts. I have more self confidence and have never felt better in my life.

Xenadrine EFX is a very solid supplement. The best way to take this is to take 1-2 pills a day for the first week and then go to the full dosage of 4 pills for the rest of the cycle in this way, you can allow your body to adapt to it so you don't lose lean muscle and water weight all right away.

I've taken xenadrine for approximatly 1 year and my results are wonderful...I have 18 year old girls asking me how to get thier legs to look like mine and my teen-age son tells me "You're HoT Mom" I went to my husbands high-school reunion and I looked better than the girls we went to school with that were younger than me and had never had children!!!! I have zero control when it comes to sweets...i whatch my meal size but I do flinch on cookies and such...I work out at least 4 days a week for about 2 hours (depending on my cardio goals) I lost 20 lbs and got down to my wedding date weight! It took about 4 months of serious exercise but now I weigh about 150 and am a comfortable size 10-12. There are no jitters and no drag at the end of my 8+hours of NRG. Just a good nights rest. I agree with what the good dr said, recommended dosage is sort-of high, I couldn't sleep. I take 1 capsule in the morning with another b-12 vitamine drink and start my day (5:30am)....after lunch i boost with antoher and can go till about midnight...if i want more rest i skip the noon capsule. I could sing this stuffs praises for days....ITS GREAT.

Good Energy, Appetite Suppressant but no fat loss!
I have been using Xenedrine for 6 weeks now it is a very good appetite suppressant and it gives a lot of energy but I did not notice any miracolous fat loss as promised. I work out between 5-6 times a week and I diet as well. However, I understand people's body reacts in different ways so I would give a try maybe it works for you better!

Xenadrine really works!!
I don't know why some say Xenadrine EFX don't work. Unfortunately, they are doing something wrong. Let me be the first to say within 2 weeks, I've lost 20lbs and feel great. I'm a big guy weighing 280, now I'm down to 260lbs. I did not go to the gym or do any exercise, but did do a lot of moving and walking on my job which helps me to lose weigh. If you really want to lose weigh, try this. 1) Take 2 Xenadrine EFX pills and don't eat anything in the morning just drink a lot of juice or water. Trust me you will have energy. 2) Take 2 Xenadrine EFX pill in the afternoon like around 4 or 5pm. 3) Wait at least an hour before you eat a meat. 3) Do not eat a lot of fatty meal, just a small meal. Drink a lot of juice or water. 4) Take a multivitamin before going to bed. If you can do this you will see results in your weigh lost without hitting the gym or do any exercise. But you have to do some kind of walking or moving around everyday.
My target goal is to weight 230lbs. I believe I will reach this goal by December.

I Love It
I've been using the product for two weeks and i already noticed chsnges. I lost almost 5lbs.
