I got the lower baby belly pouch that haunts me all the time, its the first place I gain when I put on the weight, and its the last place that gets smaller when I lose. About 3 weeks ago I incorporated AB-Solution PLus into my daily routine, which consists of my getting off of work at 7 in the morning, and having to walk my dog, which when I walk him our turn around marker is a good mile, so I am getting 2 miles of walking in everyday, rain or shine, plus watching what I eat...well since using this lotion I have to tell you that I am impressed with the results I have seen. 3 weeks into using this product, getting my jeans zipped over that lil pouch I have is A LOT easier. People have to help this product help them, and if they do? they will be just as thrilled with the results as i have been....
