As a big fan of synthesize, I decided to give this a try. With an added nitrate carrier molecule, better absorption is a given. Not to mention, this is the best tasting amino product I have ever tried. It mixes well too. I would have rated this a '5' but it is lacking glutamine. It says on the bottle that 'glutamine does nothing to promote muscle mass in healthy, well nourished humans.' I disagree, and I'm sure others will agree with me. As the most abundant amino in the body and the first to be used up during training it is important. Well good news is, glutamine is cheap. I just add it in and would recommend doing so with this product. Powershock contains 8grams of amino's and 3grams of amino nitrates. Not bad. 1 scoop may be a little weak when tearing up muscle tissue. I take 2-3 scoops while training depending on what body part I'm hitting as well as pre workout supplementation. Definitely helps battle fatigue and increases energy as well. Overall, this is a solid product!

I'm on my second batch of this product. Love the taste and effectiveness. Really cuts down your recovery time and makes your body forget the workout you just had. Gotta love the beta alanine rush as well. Makes for a good non-stimulant pre-workout, intra and/or post-workout supplement. I gotta give it a 10 as my designated lean muscle endurance and recovery choice.  
 
A tad bit expensive but a good product.
