This stuff worked great...I took half of the recommeneded dosage (due to the awful taste) and gained about 30 pounds on my bench and squats each adn about 5 more pull ups...I just wonder what it would of done on the full dosage...o bye the way i only took it for 3 weeks. Im 17 and my bench went from 200 to 230 and squats 230 to 260,and can do 20 pull ups...I gave it 4 cuz of taste

Worked very well, but the taste made me nauseous to the point of where I couldn't even workout. When I was able to get it down I did get pumps that were insane. I stopped taking it and gave it away cause it made me too sick. The buddy of mine that took it loved it, he even ordered more. my suggestion-stay away from the grape flavor!!!!
