Absolutely love this product! I am 36 yr old mom of two and have dropped from a size 8 to 2 in 6 mths with this product.I lift weights high reps/low weight 5 days a week and sporadically cardio. It kills your appetite and leaves you feeling energized but not crazy jacked-up. I have tried many other thermogenics and this is one that actually delivers on it's promises.
