Oxygen for the body
Overall I like this as a daily supp. Take one in the morning and one in the afternoon just for upkeep. Did take a couple times before working out on arms and certainly felt a little extra UMPH. I happened to be taking another pump product as well so I can't give a full evaluation. Believe the price could be lower, however I did already reorder and will try again by itself. I really like the free shirt that came with (sadly one size too small).
