Recreate does its job, it is one of the best fat burners that I have ever had. It sheds extra pounds of unwanted fat without any side effects. Its not the strongest fat burner ever but it helped me lose 8lbs of fat from my belly. The only problem that I have with it is the aftertaste, it is gross Be careful not to burp after taking this pill!

Recreate does its thing I got the energy I needed and it suppresed my apetite to help keep my diet in check. I had no desire to eat. It helped me cut up quickly with out loosing muscle mass. I gave it a 4 because I did have some side effects. Some days I had stomach cramps and other days I was really hot all day long.
