The first time I took P-slin I felt very energetic. I was able to squeeze out more reps than normal at the gym later that day. After about 5 or 6 days I stopped feeling energetic and hyper after taking it, but I was still managing to workout harder. The only thing that I didn't like is the price. It is fairly pricey at over a dollar a capsule.
