Without a doubt the best tasting mass gainer on the market, Ive been lifting for over 10 years and have tried EVERY supplement on the market. Any Universal Nutrition product I have tried has yielded me results in one way or another (depending if Im cutting or bulking), the fact you get almost 7Ilbs for 30 bucks is a steal! Universal Nutrition's Real Gains is the real deal. If you are looking to gain solid lean mass, this should be your weapon of choice. 3.5 Scoops provides you with 53 grams of muscle building protein, 84 grams of carbohydrates, and 602 calories of mass packing goodness. not to mention the variety of Branched Chain Amino Acids, and Glutamine to aid in muscle growth and recovery.
