Good intra-workouts are hard to come by.. I don't think this one works really well for me.. I tried other brands and I've always used universal for my multivitamins and joint support.. So I decided to give this a try.. I didn't really notice much of a difference and that's why only give this three-stars. I've had much better results on other products.

Not a bad intraworkout. Could taste better but it's alright.. Works as advertised and the price is good. What else could you want! I'm giving it four stars just because the taste.
