Absolutely love the bar. It is low in sugar and is therefore good for people on a low carb diet. It keeps you full although it is not a large bar and only about 200 calories and the price is ok.
Universal Nutrition Doctor's CarbRite Bar is the best bang for the buck when it comes to lean protein in bar form.
