I've used many of the fancy creatines out there (Kre-Alklyn, Con-crete, etc...) but never saw any real change...until I found this stuff! After the first week (the load cycle) I saw an immediate increase in endurance and weight. All my maxes went up 10-15% and are still climbing! My muscles look fuller and are hard and I've even noticed a signifigant increase in definition on my stomach despite being on a bulk cycle. No side effects to speak of and I'm 3 weeks into it. For the price you just can't beat this product.

This powder does not mix at all. Gritty with no taste. Good if you want to mix it with something. I quit using it and started something else.
