Seems to work quite well for me. I've noticed a significant loss in fat while taking universals LCarnitine. Apparently it turns fat cells into energy to be burned. I don't know all the science behind it but, I do know that it works. Quality product for the money.

I use it with another supplement to control my body fat....it gives me very good results in my ABS especially. But i have to say I have seen even better results on some of my freinds though but every body type is different.
