Animal's RAGE is a kick ass pre-workout! I've had my share of other brands and they're good! But if you want a fast acting powder, here it is! I felt no itchy or tingliness during it. I've had the Orange Juiced flavor and like to put it in seltzer water (like orange soda almost) and do a quick cardio circuit to get it flowing and then I'm off to lift! Best of all, there is zero crash feeling!
