Doesn't work for shit.. I would just stick to the ZMA. Complete waste.. I don't sleep any better.. Haven't seen any gains.. Don't feel any less sore.. I'm over it.

I bought this mainly to help me sleep better, but it really didnt affect me at all, i still had trouble sleeping, but it does have some pretty decent gh boosting stuff in it and i do feel it may have helped a little in recovery, but not much! not gonna buy it again!
