I havent had any results from regular Creatine Monohydrate. I dont eat red meat so I couldnt figure out why it wasnt working for me. I heard about Kre-Alkalyn and decided to try it. I had immediate results from the second day. My energy, strength and endurance increased more then noticeably. No side effects at all. I cant recommend this product any more strongly.

Great price, cheap price usually means a cheap product that doesn't work but not in this case. After 2-3 weeks I saw an increase in muscle and strength. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for more mass and strength.
