Doesn't work.. Don't waste your money. Terrible product that has no benefits, nor has ever been confirmed by science. Save your money and go to the gym! Now that's something that works!

This little pill does wonders without the jittery effect of other thermogenics. I read recently that If you combine TwinLab Acetyl L-Carnitine with 200-500mg of caffeine (equivalent to a cup of coffee) you double your fat burning rate.
