I have taken many Pre-Workout/NO supplements over the past 20 years or so, and this one ranks near the top. It definitely has quite a few very good ingredients in it, that not only help your workout, but help thermogenesis as well, which is a huge plus. I also had great focus while taking this. I would definitely purchase this product again. Very good product.

I have heart rate issues when doing any cardio due to my prior drug use. This product really got my heart rate going more that I wanted. During this, I did have solid attentiveness, but it wasn't worth it. The taste was alright, but it left some floaters usually.
