I took this supplement when I first saw it on the market. I noticed a vast difference in the endurance I had while lifting. I would start 30 minutes before my workout partner got to the gym, I would lift with them, and then I would leave only cause the gym was closing. Even after grueling leg workouts the recovery offered by this product is untouchable. Although I was getting stronger and growing like crazy I was barely ever sore. This product is all it claims to be and more. If there is any negative to it it is only that you are hungry all the time.

This is some good shit. ive been on it for about two weeks now and ive noticed a big increase in endurance. i was a beast in my hockey game skating my hardest the entire time. Tonite i had a great leg work out then did some lite arms then abs then jogged nonstop for over 2 miles. i would reccomend this to any one who is looking to increase their physique.
