The taste is wonderful, couldn't ask for a better tasting creatine in my opinion. And compared to some of the other new creatines out there, i did not notice Swole to be harsh on my stomach whatsoever. I definately think if you looking for a quality product with promising results then i certainly recommend it.

I think it works though I am not 100% sold on it. I gained some weight and I look a bit fuller and more muscular. But no super pumps, energy rushes, or noticeable strength gains.  
   
 I personaly do get side effects from Swole, it gives me headaches and makes me feel woozy for a few hours after I take it. That is an effect that I can't have happing since I am a student. I need to be alert and focused 24/7. So this will likely be the last time I take Swole. You'll know right away if it affects you like this. From day one I knew Swole was not right for me, but I could not let a whole bottle go to waste. If I had to choose between Swole and V-12, I would choose V-12.
