I'm a full-time student, mom of 2, and i have a job, i hardly ever have time to exercise like I used to.I'm only 23 but I have at least 30-40 lbs I would love to lose.I started taking this product in March I take 1 AFTER each meal(3 a day).I have never had any side effects with this product and I have seen a MAJOR lost.I would recommend this product to anyone who cant afford $150 weight lost supplements.

I just happen to pass through the review section and thought I would write a review on this product. My wife and I thought this would be a good product to help up loose some of those unwanted pounds. We purchased this stuff through our local CVS drug-store. However, after taking it for about a week the biggest thing I noticed when going 'Number 2' was it was very greasey and almost like diarria. I never had a solid bowel-movement with this stuff. I certainly did not enjoy semi-diarria everytime I had to crap. I was not impressed with this product. There are better products out there. There was a feeling of energy, however, it did not out weigh the bowel issues I experienced. Hope this helps
