I was/am a very overweight inividual and had tried a lot of things. When I saw the Sports One Sterabol and read what it is about I thought I would give it a try.  
 
I did and it has really helped me to suppress the appetite (big time) and get more energy to get my large mass up and doing somethng. I am not done losing yet, I have a very long way to go. I feel confident I will make there.
