This product is not anything like the old ECA stack. it has ephedra extract which does not have the alkaloids the old stuff had (ie ripped fuel, Xenedrine, hydroxy). However, even with the other crap in it (caffeine etc) i still felt no significant results other than intestinal discomfort and bloating. I even upped the dose to 2...not much effect for stimulating (2/10). I used it for over 2 weeks b/c I hate to waste any money. I tried using it with antacids, acid reducers, took with food nothing would stop the stomach problems (whether I took 1 or 2). I finally threw it away and I am sending the other bottle back thank goodness this site is reputable and will take an unopened bottle back.
