I get so much energy from this I can't stop moving, which in turn allows me to burn a lot of fat! I can't stop going when I start taking it. I just want to hike, climb, vacuum the house, swim, run and everything! I feel like I smoked crack on the stuff!

I get a lot of energy from this. I have great energy in the gym, like I can workout forever, I lost some water weight which was a good thing and it did help keep my appetite under control. I'm very active and I eat clean but overall, I did not lose much fat despite the good things about this product.
