I have used many other creatines in the last 25 years since they were brand new and through the years some have been really good, and some were just ok. Dave Palumbos Crealyze is by far the best I have ever used. Pumps are great, mixes 100% in water or any sports drink. I'd recommend it to anyone. plus I am a personal trainer and Master bodybuilder and recommend it to my personal clients as well as my competitor friends.
