I don't even work out I lost 5 pounds in the last three weeks. If that's not saying something for this product and I don't know what will.. I'm not here to sell you this shit.. I'm just giving you an honest opinion of what I think about it. It works.

Oh yes Synephrine has it down. no jitters like the others or a lot of the others.I got a smooth, clean transition as the energy effect kicked in.
I lost a total of 7 pounds of body fat and I honestly did not even do steady exercise routine.
