This stuff is supposed to be 500mg per capsule, but it's really only as strong as about 250mg of pure phenibut. It's still a similar price to other brands but is promoted as being cheaper, I'll probably avoid this brand. Buying in bulk is better anyway

This brand is decent, it's at least as potent as Primaforce and for a better price. The capsules are great for occasional or low-dose use. Also no problems with shipping
