You only have to take this stuff 2 times a day. Either 1 or 2 pills at a time. So unlike many other pills you don't have to force a thousand pills down your throat, which was a plus. I started using this stuff 2-3 weeks after I got off of the BSN Mass Stack(great shit btw). My bench went dwon from 255 to 235. After a couple weeks of using this stuff it went back to 245. Thats only after 2 weeks! If I knew alls I had to do was pay $20 for this stuff I would have gotten this along time ago unstead of paying multiple-hundreds of dollars for the Mass Stack for 3 months.
