I've used Sci-Fit's Gluta-Lyn 1500 before and thought it was great! I had a great experience with it, so I thought I'd try this version. I had big expectations for this product but I as disappointed with my results. As soon as I switched from the Gluta-Lyn to this, I noticed more muscle soreness, slower eecovery and less strength. This product and the Gluta-Lyn 1500 are supposed to be 5x as strong as normal glutamine, menaing you don't need to take as much byt with this one, I do not feel that is the case, I think it's more of a normal strength glutamine product.
