Sci-Fit Gluta-Lyn 1500 Reviews
I hate this product. I don't like the pill form of Glutamine and I'll be sticking with the powder from now on. I haven't noticed any difference since taking this and I feel I wasted my money on these pills. I've always had great success with the powder, I just wanted to switch for convenience (bad choice).

Not really feeling the difference
The regular glutamine I used to take really helped my muscles heal. Not sure I am getting any result from this brand

The glutamine from SciFit is a great product. This is one of those products that I can't do without. I have never recovered better in my life since I have begun taking Glutalyn 1500. I take it twice a day when I have big work out days. and I can feel the difference when I do not take the glutamine ... I am hating life!. I would recommend this product, for sure. The pills and easy to swallow and the price per serving is not bad. I have purchased the glutamine form SciFit 3 times already and it has never let me down. One to 2 caps is all I need per day. Powerful Gut Healing stuff. and I feel that it is better then other Glutamines out there.

Sci-fit's Gluta-Lyn 1500 is very impressive. It is An excellent recovery supplement that I certainly do recommend. I am stacking Gluta-Lyn with SciFits creatine and am loving the effects. Gluta-Lyn is a great recovery aid. I saw it get amazing reviews in a magazine so had to try it. Lucky me got a free bottle when I bought another Scifit product, but the price if bought on its own is still great value so either way I would have gotten Gluta-Lyn.

No bad words!
There is nothing bad I can say about SciFit as a company or their Gluta-Lyn. I have been an avid user of their products for years and Gluta-Lyn helped seal the deal for another good couple of years. It wasn't my intention to actually start using the product for my workout as a whole, I was getting it for recovery but once I started, I noticed it was helping my entire workout not just recovery. I prefer heavy weight and lower reps, so my muscles get dogged every time I hit the gym. Gluta-Lyn actually helped my endurance. So I can still do heavy but now I can go those extra 3 or 4 reps where before I was out of gas and I am not so sore afterwards. You gotta love the capsules too! The powders are good for absorbtion an assimilation but i prefer the capsule option. Gluta-Lyn is a fixture in any stack I take and I highly recommend it for recovery and then some!

A MUST have
Morning and Night. That's all you need. I will not workout if I have not taken my Gluta-Lyn, the recovery time is off the charts. Normally when you train hard your sore as hell afterwards ... I haven't felt a thing and I have increased the intensity of my workouts. I am not a big muscle head with veins popping out of every inch of my body. I am a regular Joe who has a regular workout routine. If you want to increase your workout and leave the pain out I would recommend Gluta-Lyn be a part of your staple.
