I tryed this when it came out an i still use it.works best 5 days on 2 days off.i'll keep using it.

It's been several weeks with this, I'm taking 1800 mgs per dose, took about a week to see anything with it. I am seeing more strength since using this. I skip a day or two then start it again and that seems to keep my tolerance for it in check. If you read online you'll see it doesnt seem to work well for a lot of people but I would suggest trying it out.
