reviewing this is hard because, like most users of this product, I used this with Gluta-Lyn. Big improvement in recovery with these products! Less soreness, less fatigue. I used these for aout 6 weeks then stopped to see what would happen and yes, these should be a staple! Go with the b ig size, it'll last longer.
