I've only recently learned how important BCAAS are. I've been trying different brands and decided to try this one, What a great product! This really makes a difference in my recovery. They absorb quick because they are ph buffered and you get more servings with a 180 cap size than with the typical BCAA powders. It's also a better value to get them in the pill form. I've really seen a difference since using these, if your not using BCAAS I recommend them!
