I had my doubts at first, but believe it or not....this is much better that any other product that I have tried. During the 1st cycle, I have gained about 35 pounds of strength in my bench alone. I am in the offcycle right now...and haven't lost the strength at all, exept I have noticed a decrease in my stamina in the gym. However, when I was taking the V12, I felt like my arms were going to burst through my shirt! I felt really swollen! I usually give something at least one try just to see how my body reacts to the stuff...nevertheless, this product has my full endorsement.
