If this is supposed to be a thermo, they failed in that category. If this is supposed to be a diuretic, they succeeded in that category. I urinated and sweated a lot but that was the extent of it, that was great for me because in addition to being overweight I was told that  
 
I did have a water retention problem so this was right on time for me. I wish you just didn't have to take so darn many. A liquid one of these would be good. San should have chosen another name than Shredded. I think it is a little misleading but none-the-less Shredded came right in on time for me. If you have a lot of water retention this is a great way to get rid of it. If you are looking for a lot of energy and appetit suppression, oops.

The next time I will do a little better research when looking to buy a thermogenic. it turns out that Shredded is a diuretic, a darn good diuretic but a diuretic to say the least. I need energy and and actual fat loss because I am fat with fat not water. I'm sure a little water elimination would not hurt but my goal is the fat. Shredded worked really good for my sister that I gave it to because she lost two sizes from water alone. So hats off to you SAN for Shredded for water retention, they needed a SHED-IT for people like me with fat retention!
